There’s no pitch form full of buzzwords here and no calendar full of discovery calls. The work starts the same way every time: you tell me where your operation is stuck, I ask enough to understand it, and I tell you honestly what I’d build — and whether it’s worth building at all.

A few things worth including:

  • Who you are, what the business does, and where you’re based.
  • What’s breaking right now — where the operation stalls, what runs on you, what you keep patching.
  • What you’ve already tried, and the tools you’re currently running.
  • What “fixed” would mean for you.
