There’s no pitch form full of buzzwords here and no calendar full of discovery calls. The work starts the same way every time: you tell me where your operation is stuck, I ask enough to understand it, and I tell you honestly what I’d build — and whether it’s worth building at all.
You’ll be talking to the person who’d design and build the system. Not a sales rep, not an account manager. So the more real you are about what’s actually breaking, the more useful my first reply will be.
A few things worth including:
- Who you are, what the business does, and where you’re based.
- What’s breaking right now — where the operation stalls, what runs on you, what you keep patching.
- What you’ve already tried, and the tools you’re currently running.
- What “fixed” would mean for you.
Every engagement is scoped to the operation, so the work and the price are both custom — I’ll be straight with you about both early. What you send stays between us.
